Join us for the 3rd Annual COPA Gulf Coast Tournament! The COPA Gulf Coast is a celebration of the global reach of soccer and how the game can bring people together for a weekend of fun and football.
This tournament is the perfect end-of-season tournament and is open to boys’ and girls’ recreational and competitive teams ages U7-U19. We guarantee all teams 3 games. We will use a round-robin format with 3 or 4 team flights in U7-U8. A final will be played for ages U9-U19.
ENTRY FEES
U7-U8 Recreational (4v4): $175
U7-U8 Academy:(5v5) $200
U9-U10 (7v7): $300
U11-U12 (9v9): $400
U13-U14 (11v11): $450
U15-U17 (11v11): 450
U18-U19 (11v11): $450
*3-game guarantee, finals for U9 & Up
DEADLINE TO REGISTER: Monday, May 2nd, 11 PM
Open/Competitive/Academy/Competitive Flights
- U7-U19 - The top team after 3 games will advance to a final. 1st & 2nd place teams will be awarded individual medals. Open/Competitive brackets are open to competitive or stronger recreational teams wishing to opt into the bracket. Academy teams should select the Silver bracket in U7-U10 unless they wish to play up. (Saturday-Sunday Event).
- Note: U11-U19 Premier/Elite/Division I teams should choose the Gold Flight. U11-U19 Competitive/Division II teams should choose the Silver flight. U7-U10 Academy teams should choose the Gold or Silver flight. Choose your flight based on your team's level.
Recreational Flights
- U7-U8 – The top team after 3 games will be declared the winner. The first-place team will be awarded individual medals. There will be no finals. Teams must have played in a spring recreation league to qualify for recreational brackets. 3 guest players for 4v4. (Saturday-only event).
- U9-U18 - The top team after 3 games will advance to a final. 1st & 2nd place teams will be awarded individual medals. Teams must have played in a spring recreation league to qualify for recreational brackets. (Saturday-Sunday Event)
- Note: Recreational teams wishing to play in a recreational bracket, should choose the Bronze flight.
Schedules will be released at least one week in advance of the event so that your team Teams will be bracketed with the like-talented competition as best we can.

EVENT CLASSIFICATIONS: This tournament is unrestricted. Teams registered and in good standing with any U.S. Soccer Federation are eligible to apply, including US Club Soccer, US Youth Soccer, South Texas Youth Soccer, Louisiana Youth Soccer, and Spindletop Youth Soccer.
APPLICATION TO HOST
This tournament is unrestricted & open to any US Club, US Youth, South Texas Youth Soccer, Spindletop, or La. YSA teams. Per U.S. Soccer Federation policy, teams registered in good standing with any U.S. Soccer Federation affiliate are eligible to apply.
